We Tested Out The Best Home Workouts For You
Almost overnight, the online market has become saturated with ways to get your workout in at home. In an effort to narrow your search, we’ve tried out a few and selected our favorites. Enjoy!

Each video is 30-45 minutes long and while they are free to you, Kit will be donating the money she earns from YouTube to a charity supporting those affected by the coronavirus. All videos will stay up on her channel so you can continue to workout any time. The more people who workout, the more money gets raised for charity! It’s a win, win.
